IMPORTANT NOTICE: By accessing the bsa8 website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. • Each individual may hold only one active account on the bsa8 platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. bsa8 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login information secure.

bsa8 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) through a range of local payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are processed in BDT and are subject to the minimum and maximum limits displayed in the cashier section of your account at the time of the transaction.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. Deposits are generally credited to your bsa8 account within 60 seconds of confirmation from your payment provider.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframe displayed in the cashier section. bsa8 targets same-day processing for verified accounts, though delays may occur during peak periods or where additional verification is required.

Players are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on the bsa8 platform. Violation of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering or operating more than one account, or assisting any other person in creating a duplicate account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or identity verification.
• Using the platform to launder money, facilitate money laundering, or engage in any other financial crime.

Where an informal resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the procedures set out by the relevant arbitral authority in the applicable jurisdiction.

Any claim against bsa8 must be brought within twelve (12) months of the date on which you became aware, or should reasonably have become aware, of the facts giving rise to the claim. Claims brought outside this limitation period will be time-barred and bsa8 reserves the right to raise the expiry of this period as a complete defence.
